Benefits Enrollment Representative : $21- $23/HR
Introduction
Our client is a fast-expanding in-home care and benefits provider. They are seeking experienced call center representatives to be the first voice that patients hear in their recovery journey. The benefits enrollment representative will have the chance to make a direct and genuine impact on the lives of patients who are suffering from kidney disease, and who are enrolled in our client's benefits program. Day To Day Responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound calls to patients about their benefit plan options
- Perform outbound calls to check that patients are able to attend appointments/therapy sessions/dialysis treatments, check transportation requirements
- Direct patients to other departments if necessary by transferring calls
- Document calls accurately and consistently in Salesforce
- Maintain a sympathetic, friendly and professional attitude
What We're Looking For
- Able to consistently make a high volume of outbound calls (between 90-100 a day)
- A professional and sympathetic mindset
- A service-minded and compassionate attitude
- At least 1 year of call center experience (medical/healthcare experience strongly preferred)
- COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED
Schedule
This is a full-time position. The first 1-2 weeks will be training, with an 8:30am-5:30pm shift. After this, there are two shift schedules that could be allocated:
- 10am -7pm Tues – Sat
- 11am – 8pm Sun-Thurs
