Job Title : Office Space Maintenance Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an Office Space Maintenance Specialist responsible for maintaining communal office spaces, specifically breakrooms and kitchens.
You will perform daily checks of these spaces, brew and re-fill coffee pots, check coffee supplies, collect communal dishes, and fill / empty dishwashers.
Additionally, you will assist in setting up conferences for attorneys, legal professionals, and their clients. This includes setting up Zoom connections, providing coffee, water, beverages, and snacks, and arranging basic catering set-ups provided by third-party catering companies.
Hard Skills
- Daily maintenance of breakrooms and kitchens
- Brewing and refilling coffee pots
- Managing coffee supplies
- Dish collection and dishwasher operation
- Conference setup (Zoom connections, beverages, snacks, catering)
Soft Skills
- Active and able to be on feet most of the day
- Ability to travel up and down several floors frequently
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.
Work Environment
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
