IN OFFICE/HYBRID ROLE WITHIN LEHI, UT.
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7-5:30 or 8 hour shift in that time block
HYBRID: Rotation 3 days in one week 2 days at home -> 2 days in 3 days at home.
Description:
As a Patient Access Specialist you responsible for assisting members with obtaining medications. You serve as members advocate and guide them through prescriptions to obtain medications. You are the link between members, healthcare providers, doctors, and pharmacies.
Assisting members and patients with applications and in moving their case forward.
This is done by gathering information form providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufactures and then coordinating information to help get cost savings on medications.
Will need to be able to prioritize and organize work in a way that get high priority and escalated cases done first, then high cost medications, and then down to applications.
