Job Description:
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Provide recruiting support for Talent Acquisition team.
Responsible for recruiting activities to increase pipeline including positing jobs, sharing roles on social media platforms, and completing initial resume reviews.
Other responsibilities may include generating reports, documenting interview outcomes, and communicating feedback to candidates.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
1-2 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel
