Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing initial response and subsequent follow ups to customer’s emails and phone calls
• Primary support for customers placing orders and requesting changes through Wayne/FMS processes
• Responsible for all non-configured and configurable order entry as well as simple configurations (i.e. kit, fleet, and parts)
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Customers with delivery methods, graphic requests.
• Responsible for implementing, tracking and documenting customer claim requests for missing, damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
• Responsible for submitting internal order requests from internal sales partners.
• General communication with Sales managers for outstanding items requiring their attention or assistance
• Communicate order details to Sales managers and customers from acknowledgement to delivery
• Cross collaborate with other departments as required
• Testing, logging and tracking new equipment model configurations in CPQ.
• Troubleshooting UI issues with customers, both internal and external, and logging and tracking these activities.
• Clear understanding of daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and SLAs.
• Other duties as assigned
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of functions with some complexity, including guiding customers through order needs and validating that product numbers, discounts and prices are accurate.
This position will aid in supporting, identifying, developing and communicating sales account needs for the department, and also supports company plans for growth through various channels in the retail fuel industry.
Entering orders for fuel pumps or equipment
They have an account meaning a book of business or territory that they are responsible for to make sure all parts and requisitions are input on the order sheet correctly

• Experience in customer service, sales and/or program management experience preferred
• Self-motivated and with a strong aptitude for problem-solving
• Project management skills and experience
• Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately
• Well organized and flexible with an ability to interact under pressure with professionalism and confidence
• Time management & problem solving skills
• Intermediate user of MS Office application, VOIP, ERP & CRM preferred
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
• Account management experience
