The biggest Food and Beverage company located in Seattle, WA is looking for a sharp, detail-orientated individual to analyze and interpret sales data, being able to transform sales data into a visualized story. These stories in the form of presentations, pitches, and models will assist the Coffee and Tea Planning team by ensuring that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand. This position is an experienced position to get your foot in the door with one of the most successful, highly sought, ethical, and diverse Food and Beverage company within the international world. We are looking for spirited individuals that have the ability to turn sales data into business decisions, guiding supply chain directions in conjunction with the Planning teams.
This role is to transform sales data into visualized stories to assist multiple Planning Teams to better understand the context of their forecasts. The team is in the middle of a phase 2 project, in which the entire company is restructuring their supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret, analyze, and process sales data into curated narratives, story telling, and presentations to guide the direction of transitioning supply chain software for the Planning Teams.
- Being able to turn metrics/sales data into business decisions/directions in conjunction with Planning Teams for better forecasting.
- Taking charge of a leadership position to help oversee the transition between old to new ERP systems.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 4 years of Sales and Operations Execution/Planning OR Sales Planning experience within Supply Chain
- 4 years of Change Management/Processing Management
- B.A. in Supply Chain/Business/or equivalent field
Nice-to-have Skills/Qualifications (anything additional here is a plus):
- 4 years of Sales and Operations Execution/Planning OR Sales Planning experience within Supply Chain
- 4 years of Change Management/Processing Management
- M.A. in Supply Chain/Business/or equivalent field
- 2-3 years of equivalent MRP experience
- 2-3 years of Tableau, Power BI, or some sort of equivalent reporting tool
- 2-3 years of Microsoft Excel
