What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Sales Professional position at Aston Carter?
We are looking to a hire a Remote Sales Professional with a leading insurance company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skill set!
Schedule: 11am-8pm
Pay: $40,000-50,000 plus bonuses
Benefits:
401k match, full benefits (health, vision, dental), and earned pto and sick time available.
Must Haves:
· 1-2 years of experience selling commercial or personal lines
· P&C License Required
· Previous Call Center Experience
· Good understanding of this industry
· Knows how to take feedback and apply what they learn to better themselves
· Muti-tasking and good communication skills
· General computer skills
· Ability to be on the phone all day.
Responsibilities:
· Converting leads to sales through rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote
· Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies
· Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients
· Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
· Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs
