Description:
MUST HAVES 1. Microsoft Excel 2. Sales Support/ Customer Service/ Admin Experience 3) Sales Support Customer Support Representatives are responsible for providing a support to internal teams and external customers. -Support sales team, customer service reps with reporting customer follow ups or project and deadlines - Create reporting for sales team - Ensure projects are timely, accurate and hitting deadlines -Interpreting customer's issues and questions -Coordinate with other departments, provide feedback and status reports regarding problem identification and resolutions -Execute daily orders i.e. Eyerep, Opticom, Email, Phone, and Faxed -Assist with customer reports i.e. backorder reports, no longer available reports, upc reports, closeout report/catalog, Customer special pricing report and line sheets -Liaisons new account set-ups, special pricing, account changes and account verifications between the direct sales division, system department and accounting -Handle and resolve customer/consumer complaints; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction; following up to ensure resolution
