This exciting opportunity will have you working as a SAP Order Entry Specialist with a pharmaceutical industry leader located in Parsippany, NJ. *HYBRID* If you have strong operational skills and experience with SAP software, explore the various other benefits this opportunity can deliver:

This person is the first point of contact, answering incoming phone calls, responding to email inquiries and processing customer orders. This person must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by using effective communication in a pleasant and professional manner. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Operations and works closely with direct customers, warehouse personnel, Compliance, Accounts Receivable and other internal and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond and resolve all customer inquiries received via telephone, email, mail, and fax, including but not limited to order inquiries, product availability, and reports of shortage/ damage.

• Responsible for accurately processing customer orders in a timely manner, all orders ship Next Day AM delivery.

• Access orders and assist customers with Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) and E-Commerce system.

• Enter shipment data accurately into order processing system and coordinate/track customer shipments.

• Ensure that all licensing, POA and authorized signers for deliveries are updated and maintained in a timely fashion.

• Participate in weekly follow up meetings with account managers to promote long pending issues.

• Process, log, and escalate order exceptions including shortages/damages and delivery issues.

• Creating new customer accounts, monitor/update daily order reports.

• Responsible for sending customer notifications and building customer relationships to reach operational goals.

• Perform job functions in accordance with established standard operating procedures and DEA policies.

• Administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of order entry experience.

• Experience utilizing and ERP system (SAP preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

8:30am -5:30pm Monday - Friday on site in Parsippany, NJ office during training

7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday *Hybrid after training period (WFH on Monday and Friday)*

9 month contract to hire *Company wants to retain a permanent employee*
