Responsibilities of a Staff Accountant include…
- Prepare journal entries
- Manage and correct account discrepancies
- Reconcile and balance general ledger and account discrepancies
- Maintain general ledger
- Analyze Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare financial statements
- Maintain documents in accordance to GAAP
- Assist with audits
- Assist with month, quarter, and year-end
What are we looking for...
- 2 years of Accounting Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Advanced Excel Skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros is a plus
