Description:
- 1. Collecting and analyzing data related to the supply chain operations of the organization, including inventory levels, demand forecasting, transportation costs, and supplier performance.
- 2. Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve customer service through the supply chain.
- 3. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve the accuracy of demand forecasting.
- 4. Collaborating with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure that supply chain goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
- 5. Communicating with suppliers and other external partners to ensure that they meet performance standards and comply with contractual obligations.
- 6. Monitoring supply chain metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- 7. Providing support to other members of the supply chain team to ensure that all operations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- 8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to ensure that the organization remains competitive.
