What are the responsibilities and job description for the TA Coordinator position at Aston Carter?
Description:
Reporting to a Professional Recruitment Leader, the Coordinator collaborates with Recruiters and other Coordinators to schedule interviews, host candidates
for on-site interviews, as needed, and onboard new hires.
Responsibilities :
Schedule interviews and travel as needed for candidates
o Work with hiring managers and their interview
teams to review calendars / availability
o Book interview rooms both in Glendale and
remote locations
o Work with Travel coordinators when interviews
require flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
o Correspond with candidates to ensure they are
kept up-to-date
o Ensure confirmations are provided from all
panelists
Maintain friendly, informative demeanor and professional
aptitude in driving interview logistics
o Be the main point of contact for candidate and
hiring managers on the day of interviews
o Greet candidates
o Be the point of contact for panelists
o Revise schedules on the go in instances where
availabilities shift unexpectedly
o Maintain friendly demeanor and professional
composure when interacting with candidates
Manage due diligence in pre boarding and onboarding new
hires
o Verify documents for application process
o Enroll new hire in orientation(s)
o Ensure logistics specific to the new hire are
completed, including any coordination /
communication with other internal service
providers e.g. IT, Facilities, Security, etc.
Complete technical actions in our applicant tracking
system
Assist with special projects as needed
Under general supervision, coordinates and administers basic human resource functions.
