What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Partner III position at Aston Carter?
Talent Acquisition Partner III, can sit anywhere in US but must be able to work core PST work hours, with flexibility for start times depending on location.
Will support the RP Operations team ( Call Center, Account Executive, Sales, etc.). This position has the possibility of conversion, so the team is looking for a candidate with long term commitment. There will not be an overwhelming volume of requisitions, the team will be focused on quality of customer service provided to hiring managers. Looking for experience that more closely aligns within the financial services industry, sales, customer service, and administration.
Candidates with IT recruiting experience will likely not be a good fit for this position.

• An adeptness with recruitment technology (Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing tools) enables you to find and build relationships with great candidates, that are aligned to The Standard’s core purpose.
• Ensure candidates experiences The Standard’s expertise and empathy throughout their recruitment journey.
Talent Consultant Qualities
• Use data insights from your TA technology, to develop recruitment strategies surfacing skilled national talent, across your recruitment portfolio. Use these tools to develop market assessments, reporting and insights, giving hiring leaders a clear, data driven picture about both market opportunities and challenges, within their talent profiles.
• You believe organizations are stronger, through skilled hiring leaders – and you see it key to your role, to coach, develop, and grow leader’s skills in navigating a competitive talent market. You understand how to build trust through results, and with that trust, guide leaders through their journey to bring experience changing talent into The Standard.
• You see collaboration as critical to process and program improvement opportunities. You use this as your starting point, in leading improvements– small and large – in The Standard’s recruitment processes, programs and offerings.

Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in business, human resources or related field, or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and experience.
At least 4-6 years progressively responsible roles within Talent Acquisition, with some focus on leading and implementing Talent Acquisition capabilities across a team, function or organization.
A successful track record of leading recruitment programs, that deliver high quality hires to an organization.
Proven experience leveraging recruitment technologies to drive efficient results.
