Job Description:
- Manage a large number of Inbound calls, in a timely matter, while delivering great customer service.
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone
- Provide accurate information to customers, close cases and/or dispatch to the proper department for additional assistance.
- Work fluidly with team for clear feedback and growth opportunities.
- Will use multiple screens, soft wares, and processes to assist customer.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Good decision-making skills
- Microsoft Office Experience is a plus
