What are the responsibilities and job description for the TSA - Travel Brand Ambassadors position at Aston Carter?
Description:
- Drive program enrollments by engaging travelers and selling them the benefits of TSA PreCheck
- Exceptional customer-service-focused communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers, general travelers, and existing TSA PreCheck members alike
- Work collaboratively with a team of ambassadors at the airport to achieve program goals
- Comply with all privacy and security guidelines, policies and procedures at all times
- Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback and environmental observations to make informed suggestions on improving operations and customer service
Skills:
Sales, customer interaction, written and verbal communication, retail, data entry
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Ability to stand for >8 hours per day
• Moderate physical effort with frequent walking, lifting, and/or moving of materials up to 40 pounds
• Airport environment where you may be required to obtain a SIDA badge and work in both the public and secure areas
