Astoria Health and Rehabilitation is now hiring a Community Liaison!

In this position you will have the opportunity to serve, educate and advise seniors and their families as they find a place to call home. The ultimate goal is converting prospects into residents by helping them understand the benefit and value of moving into our community.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Promoting the facilities in the community for future inquiries. This includes:
- Maintain and grow our community’s occupancy
- Demonstrate excellent sales skills by discovering a prospect’s needs and desires then matching those with our community’s products and services
- Practice good listening skills and excellent customer service
- Provide positive first impressions to all prospective residents and their families during tours
- Cultivate, Nurture, Educate and provide positive impressions to business professionals and referral sources within our geographical community
- Generate new leads and maintaining lead documentation within our CRM system
- Positively represent our Bridgewater Park community at various networking events
- Host events for our lead base and referral sources to increase traffic into our community
- Work with your team to provide a smooth move in process for our residents
- Meet, and exceed, sales activity standards
- Create, and follow, quarterly marketing plans
- Keep a pulse on local competitors and industry trends
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification/Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective Admission practices within the State of employment.
