Astound Broadband, the sixth-largest telecommunications provider in the United States, is looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join our amazing culture and team! Reporting directly to the Vice President of HR, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading the corporate recruitment process for all sites within the Texas region, ensuring talent needs and goals are achieved.

A Day in the Life of the Recruiting Manager:
- Create, execute and maintain recruitment workflow to ensure best practices and process efficiency
- Drive & maintain outstanding candidate experience; serve as a positive face & first point of contact to the organization
- Responsible for the recruiting cycle including sourcing candidates through posting advertisements and creative sourcing strategies where appropriate
- Works with HR and leadership team to identify qualified candidates through the screening and hiring processes
- Identifies, leverages, builds, and maintains sourcing practices including, but not limited to, professional networking, social recruiting, university programs, internet sourcing, and employee referrals
- Assures compliance with all regulatory/legal requirements including FCC EEO tracking
- Manages relationships with external staffing vendors

Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG/Ultipro is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience in a leadership role
