Compensation: Pay per visit ranging between $60.00 - $100.00. (dependent on visit type) NOT PER HOUR
We are seeking skilled, professional nurses who:
- Are responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients.
- Can develop an implement a plan of care that meets eac patient's specific needs according to the supervising MD orders with agency policies and procedures.
- Actively participates in in- service programs
- Counsels the patient and/or family in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Continually communicates patient care to office staff, involved clinicians, and supervising MD's to ensure that every single patitent receivew the care that they deserve and need.
- I.V. infusion is a plus
Minimum Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Professional License (RN)
- Valid CPR card
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Car Insurance
- (Comfortable in using online electronic medical record (EMR) system for documenting) We use Axxess.
