In order to develop mass producible hardware for space applications, we are paving the way for a unique hardware/system development process that merges the automotive and aerospace ways. Our north star is the pursuit of understanding the right way for Astra to design, test, validate and manufacture simple, elegant and robust launch systems and spacecrafts.

You will be part of the initial team that defines how we “do” reliability engineering at Astra, evaluating important trades that weigh improved reliability, development timelines, and cost. You will bring a data-driven perspective to critical questions that will shape the future of the business.
