Astroscale U.S. is currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role you will be responsible for the overall support to the CEO and other executives as well as helping to support the entire Astroscale U.S. enterprise.
Job Description
- Manage, coordinate, and prioritize schedules for the Astroscale U.S. CEO and support other executive’s schedules.
- Attend meetings, take minute notes, capture action items, and ensure follow-up and proper governance.
- Review, prioritize, and disposition email for the CEO.
- Support the executive team with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO and executives.
- Support development of content for meetings and conferences, such as smart papers, meeting background papers, agendas, and briefing materials.
- Interact with the executive leadership team and the Board in a way that builds confidence and trust, while also being relatable and professional when interacting with all levels of staff.
- Other projects and administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
- Seven years' experience in an executive assistant role, with a proven track record of delivering on commitments.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement.
- Organized, resourceful, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office products including calendar management/scheduling, meeting preparations, and inbox management.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced and comfortable working with all levels within an organization.
- Ability to travel on occasion up to 20% of the time.
Additional Information

Salary range: $105,000-$130,000. The salary range represents the low and high end of the Astroscale U.S. Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, knowledge, and ability as applicable to the role.
