- Looking for a Casual to Part-time (~5-29 hours/week) candidate.
- Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm & Closed Sunday.

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day customer service and reporting to the manager on duty.
Core Competencies & Responsibilities:

- Complete register transactions accurately and according to company procedures
- Assist manager on duty with checking orders and invoices, as well as marking and putting away merchandise in the proper location
- Assist customers with locating items on the sales floor
- Answer customer questions or direct them to the proper person who can answer the question correctly
- Clean shelves and inventory neatly
- Assist with checking inventory for out-of-date products
- Answer phones and forward calls to proper individuals
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA compliance policies
- Familiarize self with advertised specials and current promotions
- Participate and engage with the weekly talking point meeting, then follow through on what was discussed
- Engage with customers on all marketing material given by corporate
- Create a culture of positivity and excitement within the work environment
- Maintain a flexible schedule that may include morning, evening, and weekend hours
- Perform Garden Center functions as needed during season, if applicable
- Perform Coffee Bar duties as assigned, if applicable
- Participate in expectations with the Profit Incentive Program
- Complete other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Work Demands:
- The ability to work up to 40 hours per week
- The ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including early morning, evening, and weekend hours if required by workflow
- In a typical 8-hour day, lift or carry up to 25 pounds
- In a typical day, stand up to 8 hours
- In a typical 8-hour day, spend up to 2 hours on the telephone
Working Environment:
- This position will be working in a retail setting
- This position will be a standing and walking position for up to 8 hours per day
