Summary of Responsibilities:

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead enterprise technology projects and process improvement initiatives from definition through implementation and closeout. You will partner with stakeholders across the company and manage project initiatives spanning a variety of business areas and technologies.Essential Responsibilities:
You'll use your bachelor's degree in MIS, engineering, construction management, or related degree, or combination of education and experience to develop and maintain accurate project plans, scope statements, cost estimates, issue logs, and associated project management deliverables for large enterprise system projects. You will facilitate cross-functional business process and requirement definition and assess cost / benefit ratings to solutions and recommendations. In addition, you'll ensure business outcomes are delivered on schedule, within cost tolerances, to defined specification, and with risks appropriately managed. You will track progress across a portfolio of projects and prepare reports to communicate status, risks, etc. to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience in the areas of Operational Technology (OT), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), real time control systems, network communications, critical infrastructure, electrical power distribution / transmission, construction, geospatial data, engineering, asset management, 24/7 operations, or skilled technical workforce.
ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. This is a hybrid role with in-person / in-office / in-field presence as required based on business and project demands. Depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business, ATC offers flexibility to work at home or in our offices in Cottage Grove, De Pere or Pewaukee, WI or Kingsford, MI.
