Project Manager III (Soft Cost)

Description

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience is required.
• Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using industry knowledge and delivery methodology.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports; manage task assignments for project resources; and report on and manage project scope throughout the lifecycle.
• Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, service organizations, vendors and implementation partners.
• Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommended mitigations.
• Ensure satisfactory custody transfer and control of product upon handoff, then close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.

• Not a Construction Manager role.
• MB knowledge, excel skills and experience with soft cost services
• Carrier soft cost knowledge is a must.
• Excel and good communication skills.
• Will be supporting LRP build - Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days Remote.
• The assignment is Similar to the Excalibur. But mostly NSDs Prior experience is required. Looking for Magenta Build and BTS experience.

• Real Estate, Soft Cost work, Build to Suit vendors' deliverable management from Candidate selection to Entitlement Completion.
• Day-to-day MB Data Management, updating milestones forecast, actualization and document upload.
• Day-to-day due diligence, data pull from other tools (SLOT, RFDS, iCSNE).
• Day-to-day data analysis gathering updates from tower vendors weekly/bi-weekly calls with vendors and site acquisition vendors.
