What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Pastry Cook position at Atelier?
Atelier Restaurant (Michelin 2023 one star, semi-finalist James Beard Best New Restaurant 2024, Chicago Magazine's Best New Restaurants) is currently seeking a a lead pastry cook to join our small staff. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with fine dining experience.
We offer a hyper-seasonal 12-course tasting menu that is in a state of constant evolution, with new additions every week.
You will have the opportunity to have your dishes showcased as part of the menu.
We require at least 2 years fine dining experience in pastry. Must be professional and dedicated to the craft. Must also be flexible and ready to learn and adapt.
This is a great opportunity for creative and aspiring individuals. We operate Tuesday-Saturday. The right candidate must be hard working, reliable, with an attention to detail and the ability to play well with others as part of a very small staff.
