Deposit Operations Associate

Athol Savings Bank is currently seeking an IT Systems and Network Administrator to join our Team!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Oversees the management of the wide area and communication network. Monitors performance and ensures network integrity. Ensures vendor Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Recommends information technology policies and procedures; audit information and system use for compliance. 
• Ensures appropriate backup/recovery systems and procedures are in place. 
• Develops and maintains security and privacy practices as they pertain to stored data.
• Conducts ongoing needs assessments and sets implementation schedules in conjunction with the Bank’s IT Strategic Plan. Conducts research into various equipment and software alternatives and provides technical advice in selection recommendations.
• Develops back-up routines, inclusive of servers, network equipment, off-site synchronization, etc., to minimize recovery time.
• Acts as a primary contact and liaison for third-party network support vendor, coordinating upgrades/updates, equipment and software troubleshooting, ticket escalation, etc.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in coursework, training or experience. 

Five years of experience in Microsoft365, networking, and scripting (PowerShell). 

Proficient knowledge of various applications, business operations and regulatory requirements. 

Strong interpersonal, organization, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills required.

The position of IT Systems and Network Administrator is 100% in office and located in Athol, MA
