ESSENTIAL TASKS:
- Support management of EHS Incident Management System (Engage).
- Assist with management of the EHS SharePoint site
- Track, compile and distribute EHS data as needed – (SharePoint/Engage/other data sources)
- Assist with Environmental Sustainability Reporting (ESR) and data collection.
- Works directly with Facility Security Group
- Responsible for employee badge security access system (creating & distributing replacement employee badges)
- Maintains compliance with contractor insurance, safety requirements and badges.
- Manages visitor PPE
- Participate in Standard Work events throughout the EHS organization for continuous improvement
- Support Program Champions as it pertains to Authorized and General Awareness training
- Develop / Update and present New Hire Orientation as needed.
- Maintain training records
- Participate in ISO and internal process audits
- Support EHS team with administration of the EHS Check
- Perform a variety of general duties in the EHS Dept
NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS:
- Perform other duties as required or directed.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Good grammar and spelling skills.
