We are seeking a Procurement Specialist Energy – Remote. This remote position is based out of our Richland, WA office.

How will you contribute to the team?
Ensures flow down of ES&H, QA, FAR/DEAR, 2 CFR 200 and 2 CFR 910, and Prime Contract requirements to contractors.
Monitors Subrecipient and Subcontractor compliance to agreements and flow downs.
Supports the Client and Program Management.
Facilitates continuous improvement process.
Responsible for the development, management and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders.
Manages the Agreement(s) with the Client.
Evaluates Vendor bids using cost and price analysis strategies.
Provides coordination of project procurement.
Maintains work authorization between other subcontractors.
Develops monthly, quarterly and annual funding and cost data for the Project Manager.
Manages the development and implementation of the Procurement Manual and procedures.
Provides reports required by the Prime contract with the Government and as requested by the Management.
Stops work without the fear of reprisal for unsafe conditions potentially affecting personnel safety or environmental risk.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting or other relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement and contract administration, including administration of complex contracts and purchase orders within the nuclear, utilities and/or construction industries. 7 years' experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proven ability to create and maintain effective working relationships.
Strong orientation for internal and external customers.
Understanding of 2 CFR 200 and 2 CFR 910.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint.
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) status and National Contract Management Association (NCMA) membership preferred, but not required.
Must be a U.S citizen in order to be considered.

Expected compensation range is between $77,000 to $129,000 annually.
