Office Clerk

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this person will be responsible for administrative tasks to help support the warehouse operation. This role is Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.

Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for an Office Clerk to be based out of the Kent, WA Regional Service Center. This is an entry level administrative role for those looking to progress with a career in supply chain operations. Schedule : 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F.
What you’ll do:
- Run and reconcile reports through different business analytics platforms.
- Purchase warehouse supplies and complete non-inventory cycle counts in a warehouse operation.
- Create purchase orders and interact with vendors.
- Communicate with internal and external partners via email and over the phone.
- Attend meetings and record notes of the events.
- Facilitate event planning at the warehouse.
- Coordinate vendor appointments.
- Partner with internal and external customers.
- Schedule meetings as requested.
- Reconcile expense reports.
- Other assigned duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (an asset)
- Strong computer skills
- Experience creating reports in Microsoft Excel

Hourly rate : Start at $22.97
