About The Job Position Summary: As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will focus on designing and implementing strategies to reinvent the customer experience. You will advise, shape, and deliver technology-led transformation programs aiming to enhance end customers’ digital experience. This role can be hybrid or remote. You are responsible for leading and strategizing a digital transformation roadmap for the organization. You will report to the VP of Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, and PMO and will work closely with the teams in different departments to help define the needs and execute solutions to enable teams to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities: Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build, and change delivery Provide expert advice on shaping complex platform transformation programs Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, investigate drivers, and figure out why things happen Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization. Deep understanding of the Digital industry and the issues and opportunities its players face, in areas such as technology, data, and business change. Qualifications: BS/BA Degree preferred or Equivalent 5 years experience in a Digital Transformation role responsible for building and implementing Digital Transformation throughout the organization Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills The ability to work both as a team and independently Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Ability to interact with all levels of staff and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment You relish analyzing and optimizing business processes and have the natural ability to summarize complex business requirements into a language that everyone understands.
