Atlantic Doors and Hardware is actively seeking Welders to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our workforce, you will be integral to executing welding tasks efficiently, ensuring safety, and driving profitability. Responsibilities: As a Welder at Atlantic Doors and Hardware, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing necessary "prep" tasks.
• Fabricating products, including welding, cutting, sanding, and spot painting.
• Marking finished products with company-identifiable markings.
• Conducting quality checks against order tickets.
• Alerting the Shop Foreman to low inventory levels.
• Ensuring operations adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Using proper safety gear at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Reporting potential safety violations to the Shop Foreman.
• Consistently delivering high-quality work when fabricating customer products.
• Completing additional tasks and duties as directed by the Shop Foreman.
• Maintaining a focus on quality and safety (95% success rate or higher).

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of welding and fabrication experience or welding school graduate.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, with the use of arms, hands, vision, and voice.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, as well as basic math skills.
• Occasional driving in varying weather conditions.
