Job Overview – Estimator:

Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for an individual to join our client's company as an Estimator with the added responsibilities of an Engineering Project Manager in the construction and commercial real estate industry.

Compensation: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 / HR

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities of the Estimator include:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Review and comprehend design plans and specifications from customers
• Deliver precise and detailed quantitative summaries of reinforcing steel, wire mesh, and bar support tonnage requirements tailored to project specifications in construction and commercial real estate
• Collaborate with the sales department to prepare quotes aligning with customer needs and expectations
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with sales and detailing departments throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships
• Identify, address, and document changes or modifications to project scope with utmost accuracy
• Create estimates efficiently, meeting critical deadlines
  
  

Qualifications for the Estimator include:

• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft and specialized tools such as aSa & Shear 97, to facilitate precise estimations
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Showcase a minimum of one year of relevant experience as a Junior Estimator, enabling you to excel in this role
