Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for a qualified and motivated on-site manager to provide simulation support to military units training at the MissionTraining Complex, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.
MTC-JBLM ON-SITE MANAGER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or BA degree, subject immaterial
- Served as a brigade or battalion commander
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience
- Secret Clearance
- Experience in operations and training requirements at a division or higher level
- Background and experience with military training management and training support
- Full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program
MTC-JBLM ON-SITE MANAGER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Senior Service College or equivalent level military schooling
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Must effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, senior government officials, and corporate Leadership
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-site manager of a contract staff providing simulations support to military units training at the MissionTraining Complex, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.
- Services support the Army Mission CommandTraining Support Program preparing soldiers, staff, units, and leaders for operations in a joint or combined operational environment
- Training support emphasis includes home station mission command individual through collective training for brigade and below units, and JLCCTC simulations support for echelons division and above.
- Manage teams planning, developing, and conducting small to large-distributed exercises in live, virtual, constructive, and gaming environments.
- Function as the single point of contact between the contractor, teaming partners, and customers with full authority for on-site decision-making.
- Lead the deliberate mission analysis process in coordination with functional managers and key stakeholders. This includes analyzing mission requirements against capabilities, defining objectives and priorities, coordinating and assigning projects, and solving problems.
- Facilitate quality of service delivery through observation, analysis, and customer interaction.
- Manage the coordination and execution of the task order mission training services for multiple simultaneously executed unit exercises.
- Responsible for Profit and Loss (P L), delivery of services, quality control, and employee development.
- This position reports to the Director of Mission Command Programs, Global Training Readiness.
