Overview
This position is responsible for assisting overseeing the regular review and analysis of aircraft technical data in support of the Companies Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Program, ETOPS and Reliability program. The Supervisor will supervise the compilation of reports for various fleet types, identifying anomalies and proactively contribute to the development of solutions.
Responsibilities

Assist with staff development/mentorship thereby ensuring the prevalence of a continuous learning environment

Provide valuable input to the monthly CASS and Reliability report and spearhead development of new slides.

Identify root causes of component and ATA alerted items.

Collaborate with QA analysts and auditors in determining CASS related trends, particularly repeat CARs
-
Monitor the timely and accurate dissemination of reports and analysis via various platforms (GlobalNet, Atlas Air Tableau Portal, e-mail, etc.)

Facilitate the accomplishment of all on-going collaborative efforts with other departments

Coordinate all internal/external department training schedules with guidance from Manager of Aircraft Reliability.

Act as a designee for the Manager of Aircraft Reliability when needed

Supervise the production of new reports for department use on the SSRS reporting server.

Oversee the duties daily of Reliability /CASS analysts including but not limited to:

Reviewing and analysis of aircraft technical data delays and MEL's to identify recurrent maintenance issues.

Organizing data collection and analysis for various fleet technical issues.
- Reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating systems, structures, and component performance.

Performing analysis of aircraft maintenance program to achieve the highest level of safety and economics.

Collecting and organizing data from various sources for use in the Reliability and CASS program.

Monitor Reliability Data for the 767 fleet for adverse trends that could affect the ETOPS fleet and participate in the event investigations process as required. Review, monitor, and evaluate ETOPS related alerts.
- Preparing monthly ETOPS operating summaries and associated reports.

Assisting the Engineering department with Tableau dashboards and data analytics to support predictive maintenance.

Maintaining relevant reports and visualizations in the Reliability/CASS section of Atlas' Tableau online portal.

Utilizing Boeing Airplane Health Monitoring (AHM) and Fleet Reliability Statistics Tool to analyze long term Reliability trends.

Reviewing and evaluate maintenance discrepancies generated from pilot write-ups, maintenance write-ups, and non-routine cards. Initiate actions on findings that show an adverse trend.

Performs other duties as directed by the Reliability Manager, or the Director of Reliability & CASS.
Qualifications
-
Extensive Reliability Program, Maintenance Programs, Engineering, or CASS experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or Business and at least five (5) years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in supervising people.
- Proficiency in data and statistical analysis a must.

Must have and be able to demonstrate solid writing and communication skills (verbal/oral), and organization skills.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.

Proficient PC skills including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, TRAX, Tableau, and MS Office.

Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
-
Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to supervise a team.
-
Technical knowledge of relevant aircraft and engine types: 737, 747, 767 and 777 aircraft.
