The Role

Responsible for producing copy and content including creating text, slogans, catchphrases, and messages across website, digital collateral, video scripts, social posts, advertising, press releases, and other written materials as needed.Write clear, persuasive, original copy that reflects the appropriate tone and voice and will proofread copy to check spelling and grammar.
Incorporates SEO to optimize content. You are interested in growing your experience and knowledge in this area.
Audit content to stay current with product changes.
Ensure accuracy of information (copy and content) in published materials, seeking support from technical personnel as needed.
Conduct thorough interviews to generate content with subject matter experts.
Coordinate with various teams across the organization to ensure accuracy for target audience.
What We Expect From You:
2-3 years of writing and editing experience with a robust portfolio of workStrong communication and collaboration skills with team members across the organization
Solid attention to detail and acute copy editing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and entry level knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deadline driven, adjust to shifting priorities, complete deliverables on-time, marketing strategy and brand guideline
Ability to work independently or with a team, manage ambiguity and ask for guidance when needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, while having a great time doing it
Some travel required within the United States and internationally (up to 15%)
