Atlas Staffing is hiring for an HR Generalis tfor an assembly and distribution company in the technology industry. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position located in Liberty Lake.

Responsibilties :
- Assist in administrating compensation and benefit plan.
- Oversee talent acquisiton and rectuitment process.
- Assist with employee onbaording.
- Organize and plan training
- Use sharepaoint and HRIS to maintain employee personnel files.
- Assist with employee leaves of absences.
- Act as main point of contact for employees queries to provide support on all related topics.
- Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 90 employees
- Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll records to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications :
- 2 years HR Specialist experience
- Experience with payroll, benefits, LOA's, safety and recruitment.
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Concur and / or Office 365 preferred.
Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
Wage : $22-24 / hr. DOE
