Job Description: Security Architect
Responsibilities:
- Planning, researching, and designing security architectures
- Intensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability
- Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization and security
- Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions
- Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies
- Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures
- Third-party auditing skills and cloud risk assessment methodologies
- Must experience with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and UNIX
- Should have expertise in security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), network access controls, and network segmentation
- Splunk Administration

- Splunk Administration
- Advanced IT security certifications may be advantageous
- 5-10 years' experience in information security and IT risk management.
- A strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations.
- The ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and races
- VMware and infrastructure knowledge
- Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
