Corporate Operations Assistant (Cor)

Seeking hard-working persons for the position of Corporate Operations Assistant.

The basic job duties include:

• Daily use of Excel, Word, Outlook & other software programs;
• Daily data collection, review & processing;
• Run internal reports for performance metrics;
• Creation of summary & exception reporting;
• Review & reconciliation of cash outages;
• Direct customer access & interaction for problem resolution;
• Daily submission of customer reports;
• Professional attitude with customers & coworkers;
• Accurate completion of daily assignments & paperwork;
• Assist & support all senior corporate management for operational issues; and
• Compliance to all company Safety, Security, Productivity & Confidentiality guidelines.

The normal hours of work are:

Monday to Friday either 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm with a full work week totaling 40 to 42 hours.

Lastly, there will be periodic opportunities for additional hours & pay while working special projects, heavy workloads, covering days off and/or as operations require.

The starting rate of pay is:

Highly competitive versus the local market and is negotiable based upon the applicant's prior work history, ATM/armored car/cash vault experience and overall data handling experience. Finally, all training is paid & all required certifications are provided at the company’s expense.

To be eligible for hire, each applicant must:

• Be 21 years or older;
• Have a stable work history;
• Have a valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance;
• Have own dependable transportation;
• Have a high school diploma, GED or greater;
• Be versed in MS Office programs;
• Be comfortable with daily PC use;
• Have good problem-solving skills;
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal & driving background check;
• Be able to successfully pass a drug screen.

Although not required, the most relevant job backgrounds include:

• Any military or national guard service;
• Any prior ATM or armored car experience;
• Any computer/electronic repair or technical experience;
• Any work order respond & service experience;
• Ability to work independently with assignments;
• Desire to work in a family/team environment;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment; and
• Live within 20 miles of the local office.
