Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our HRIS system.
- Own the onboarding process, including new hire programs.
- Manage benefits administration and open enrollment.
- Assist with the compensation management cycle and Radford data analytics.
- Gather and analyze data with relevant HR metrics.
- Manage the full cycle immigration process.
- Assist with administration of companywide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal/state legal requirements.
- Coordinate all compliance.
- Assist with employee engagement, retention strategy and team building.
- Serve as primary HR contact for all employees.
- Respond to inquiries regarding the company’s process, policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate distribution/communication of policies and projects including but not limited to company handbook, 401k, benefits open enrollment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Must have prior experience with Radford data.
- Ability to analyze and present data.
- Experience with Lattice would be a plus.
- Deep understanding of general human resources policies, procedures and best practices.
- Must have good knowledge of employment laws.
- Experienced managing HRIS systems, specifically Rippling, as well as experience in larger systems designed for scale.
- Self-motivated and directed, ability to collaborate is a must, but you will want to be autonomous and have a strong desire to succeed with minimal direction.
- Proactive; taking initiative and follow through is a must.
- Curious; always researching ways to automate and streamline our existing processes.
- Accustomed to multi-tasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines in a dispersed environment.
- A leader who will offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our company’s success.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, understanding that data integrity is critical.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office, and more).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a HR Generalist.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in public and private companies.
- BS/BA in HR, Business Admin or related field.
- PHR, SPHR a plus.
