We are seeking a Photographer/Videographer for a very important client.
The company is currently seeking a Photographer/Videographer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. In this role, you will provide photo and video support to our internal and external customers. You will act as a skilled and essential resource in providing documentation for satellite builds, company-wide events for customers, the marketing, program office, and internal audience, as well as maintaining
Responsibilities:
· Onsite support of test documentation setup, procedures, major milestones, group photos, feature photos, publication stills media relations, press releases, studio photography, macro, close-up, portraits, passports, scanning, archiving
· Support Zoom meetings, All Hands meetings, employee events, customer events, interviews, videos for presentations
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
· Bachelor's degree in fine arts or related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree
· Minimum of 4 years of related experience
· Skilled with various kinds of professional video and DSLR cameras, including Sony, Nikon and Canon
· Knowledge of still photography techniques using a variety of natural and artificial light sources
· Experience with studio and location lighting and audio production
· Strong understanding of shot composition for video
· Strong understanding of visual storytelling
· Strong understanding of video editing software and creative desktop applications. Applicant must be able to provide a portfolio and/or demo reel for review

Preferred Qualifications:
· Advanced video production and editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
· Advanced photography and editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge) skills, including knowledge of studio portrait lighting
· Working knowledge of Nikon/Canon DSLR, Sony, GoPro
· Effectively interprets needs and develops creative/technical solutions
· Capable of balancing projects creative requirements with schedule and resource limitations
· Comfortable interfacing with, and providing direction to, executives and senior leaders
· Ability to take direction well and request information or ask questions when needed
· Passion for visual storytelling
· Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· The ability to manage multiple projects at one time, to work well under pressure and on short deadlines
· Ability to take feedback and creative criticism professionally, using it to refine projects
