- Knowledge of basic office machinery required
- Maintain reports, files, archive folders, records
- Maintain and draft reports as needed
- Maintain computer software databases
- Assist and maintain cost workups and billing needs

- Coordinate work documentation with other offices/facilities
- Must be a quick learner and become familiar with company internal systems and processes
- Must have experience in A/P and A/R
- General filing as needed
- Other duties as assigned
