DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing, selling, and executing strategic digital media plans that drive results. This includes the ongoing management, optimization and reporting for all digital campaigns. The Digital Media Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships, fostering internal alignment on strategies and tactics and staying up to date with industry trends.
Some challenges you’ll tackle:
- Manage multiple clients’ digital media strategy to increase lead generation, brand awareness and drive a positive impact to their business
- Own, measure, analyze and report on overall digital program performance, implementing optimizations and testing as appropriate
- Work closely with content and creative teams to create campaign assets that will make an impact
- Develop, manage, and implement campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display channels
- Partner with account managers to foster amazing organization and communication with your clients
- Collaborate with channel experts, strategists, and team members to produce best-in-class digital campaigns
- Keep up to date with industry trends & new tools to bring cutting-edge experiences and insights to your clients.
What you bring to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or applicable field
- 3 years experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns – financial, healthcare, or senior living experience a plus
- Analytical and creative thinking skills
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads
- Experience working with a DSP and ad-serving technology is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated and always looking for opportunities to optimize processes
