What You'll Do:
- Be the voice of Atwood! Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and walk-ins with a professional, positive, and problem-solving approach.
- Keep tenants and homeowners in the loop—send out daily notifications for showings, inspections, and work orders by 9 AM and as needed.
- Stay on top of key administrative tasks—track lease renewals, renter’s insurance, pet agreements, tenant violations, and more.
- Support our Leasing Team from start to finish—manage leads, schedule showings, process leases, assist with move-ins, and keep the tenant experience running smoothly.
- Help Property Managers with resident retention—coordinate events, special promotions, and monthly newsletters that keep tenants happy and engaged.
- Provide vital support to our Homeowners Association Team, preparing and distributing important communications and documents.
- Step up in times of need—respond quickly and effectively to property emergencies, keeping everything under control and minimizing liabilities.
- Make sure everything is in its place—accurately complete and submit paperwork while maintaining a tidy digital filing system.
What You Bring:
- Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service preferred
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, AppFolio, etc.)
- Organizing and prioritizing
- Hospitality-driven / service-oriented
- Time management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidentiality
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work well with others

Job Type:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- On-site at 209 S 2nd St, Mankato, MN 56001
Compensation: Starting at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
