Qualifications
- ION core platform, AQ, NegLib etc. knowledge to an SME Level
- ION MMI knowledge to an SME Level
- Solid understanding of bond pricing using PXE
- Solid understanding of Rates and Credit bonds and derivatives
- Detailed understanding of the nuances of trading venues such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb
- Solid Unix, SQL skills
- Experience of working in agile teams
- Experience in developing enterprise application on Java technologies
- Strong Object Oriented Programming Skills
- Experience on build tools such as Jenkins, Maven and Gradle
- Worked on Service Oriented Architecture using Restful/SOAP webservices .
- Have successfully applied Agile Scrum/SAFE Agile methodologies
- Experienced on Amazon/Azure Cloud services
- Experience on Spring MVC, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka ,MQ..
Responsibilities
- Elicit key information from business stakeholders, transforming these into concise IT requirements
- Manage UAT and demonstration sessions with key stakeholders
- The Senior Java Developer is responsible for the following:
- Providing technical leadership within their team
- Consistently delivering to challenging business objectives and adhere to Service Level Agreements with commercial implications for success and failure
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
