Role Summary:
The Private Dining Server is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions.
Core Responsibilities:

Describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance, and monitoring guest satisfaction.

Performing duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner.

Operating effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly, ensuring smooth service operations and quality service.
Required Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess at least 1 year of prior banquet/event serving experience. Knowledge of fine dining and wine is preferred. Must also have excellent people skills and be able to stay positive and outgoing in a fast paced work environment. Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
