Sales Associate
· A Sales Associate is expected to maintain a positive representation of W.E.A. Co., Inc. by providing an outstanding customer service experience exemplifying company values. The main task of a Sales Associate is to assist customers while maintaining a clean and efficient sales floor. Cashiers, Operational Team Members, and Yard Associates all fall within this category. On-the-job training will be provided for all positions. Responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
· Requirements
· Skill to operate computers, handheld devices, and other automated office machines.
· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
· Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
· Demonstrated knowledge of sales approaches, methods, and techniques.
· Summary
· Provide customer service and product information on the store sales floor.
· Stock, sign, and merchandise departmental products as directed by the store manager utilizing established procedures.
· Ring up, carry out and load store merchandise.
· Maintain department orderliness and cleanliness utilizing established standards found in Assigned Sections.
· Cashiering and other store, yard, or warehouse tasks.
· Maintain and comply with established retail standards.
