Essential Functions
- Assists in preparing, editing, and reviewing monthly and quarterly financial statements for the division.
- Oversees and creates data visualization dashboards for financial metrics for the division, to be included in the financial statements.
- Assists with contract management for the division, including monitoring contract payments and deliverables.
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the Student Affairs Business Office operating budget and assists as needed with the reconciliation of other department budgets for units without financial or administrative support.
- Leads special initiatives, prepares ad-hoc reports, and manages additional projects as assigned to ensure goals and objectives of the division are met.
- Develops forms, processes and workflows. Proposes process improvements.
- Maintains the Student Affairs Business Office website and shared network drives with relevant resources and information.
- Assists with the development and tracking of the Student Affairs Business Office department assessment goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Level I- High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in administrative and financial support services
Level II- High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of relevant experience in administrative and financial support services
Substitutions allowed for Experience:
Degrees accepted in lieu of experience requirement, at a rate of 1 year relevant education per year of required experience.
