Auction Central is creating an Inside Sales Department and is seeking an experienced professional to help lead this effort. The primary focus of this team is to develop increased activity from our existing dealership base.

The candidate will coordinate with our Territory Managers and Executive team regarding account performance. As the company continues to grow, we will look for this candidate to help expand the Inside Sales Team.

About the Company

Auction Central is an emerging company in the digital auction market and is focused specifically on automotive dealerships. The management team has a rich history of building successful companies; this particular effort is no exception. We are currently serving over 700 dealerships across 30 states and are looking to expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationship with assigned dealers and help support their vehicle acquisition needs.
  • Maintain a high level of call volume and touch points to uncover customer needs and increase auction engagment.
  • Maintain an organized contact strategy for nurturing accounts.
  • Track all lead activity and stages of sales cycle.
  • Interact with our marketing department to update regularly on quality and status of leads.
  • Assist in recovering inactive and lapsed accounts.
  • Assist with deal negotiations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
  • Detail-oriented; consistently maintains a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to create standard best practices, implement change and sustain efficiency across the Team.
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask and move from one function to another with ease.
  • Able to make independent decisions and communicate priorities to their team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team oriented.
  • Dealership sales experience considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
