Audacy is seeking a full time Vice President, Digital Ad Operations to support the digital team. The Vice President, Digital Ad Operations leads operations across Audacy’s Owned and Operated digital audio channels including streaming and podcasting as well as its websites, and apps. This senior leadership position is responsible for managing and implementing long-term ad strategy while meeting immediate needs of the business. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of dedicated ad ops professionals in several roles (Managers, Coordinators, Traffickers). You will focus on continuous improvement of our ad operations processes and technology to ensure a best-in-class user experience, superior advertising experience, and maximum monetization. You’ll partner closely with sales, content, technology, and external stakeholder teams to lead and collaborate on strategic company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a track-record of driving operational success and scale, with expert knowledge of the technologies and organizational structures needed to drive results and operational excellence. You are proactive, a builder, a self-starter, a leader, and a mentor.
This position reports to the SVP, Revenue Operations.

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $85,000 to $135,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
