Job Purpose:
In your capacity as the Supply Trading Manager, your main focus will be on monitoring the performance of deals within the team's portfolio and fostering the growth and development of your team members. Your duties will involve managing the broader team and leveraging the diverse Supply Side platforms provided by our SSP partners to optimize campaign effectiveness, all while ensuring the achievement of client KPIs remains a top priority.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution, testing, and optimization of private marketplace deals
- Build strong relationship with internal sales team and external clients to deliver exceptional service
- Leverage the functionality of the curation platform to provide insights for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Generate reports, including campaign recaps, and conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, presenting optimization recommendations.
- Assist in overseeing the Jira ticketing process, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of tasks and issues.
- Engage in team collaboration to contribute to the advancement of best practices in supply side trading and offer suggestions for improvement.
Knowledge and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic trading.
- Proven expertise in working with various DSPs and optimizing campaigns to achieve performance objectives.
- Mastery of the Programmatic Supply Chain.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with media partners and clients.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, fostering successful collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Adept at team management, with the ability to lead a group of traders effectively.
- Skillful at finding innovative solutions within intricate technical constraints.
- Capacity to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, including the ability to organize data and extract actionable insights through pivot tables, lookup tables, and similar functions.
Compensation:
Salary: Total compensation for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 based upon experience
