Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of consumer retail markets, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Monitor market news, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to capitalize on market inefficiencies and generate alpha.
- Execute trades across various asset classes, including equities, options, and derivatives, to optimize portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide market insights and support client engagement activities.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of consumer retail industry dynamics, including key drivers and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and order management systems (OMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Previous experience in sales and trading, investment banking, or asset management is a plus.
